WJE Announces Two New Senior Principals
We are pleased to announce two promotions to Senior Principal.
Fiona Aldous joined WJE in 2001 and has since distinguished herself as a nationally recognized building enclosures expert and champion for the global application and advancement of the building enclosure commissioning (BECx) process, playing an instrumental role in the development of BECx industry standards and guidelines. She has extensive experience in the design, detailing, construction, and performance testing of all types of building enclosure systems. Fiona received her bachelor of arts in architecture along with a bachelor in architecture from Deakin University and a master of architecture from Ball State University.
Paul Bandlow joined WJE in 2019 when his company Stafford Bandlow Engineering (SBE)—a consulting and design firm specializing in electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems for heavy movable structures—became a part of WJE. His experience includes design for rehabilitation, new design, peer review, value engineering, bridge safety inspections, construction engineering inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and strain gauge testing of mechanical and electrical systems for movable bridges and other heavy movable structures. Paul earned a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
