Washington, D.C. Staff Participate in CANstruction Competition

Washington, D.C. staff recently participated in CANstruction, an annual design and build competition benefiting the Capital Area Food Bank through donations of canned goods. Using more than 1,600 cans, the team created a lava lamp design more than 8 feet tall that was named "We Lava Fighting Hunger" and won the competition's "Most Grooviest" award.
