Samuel C. Zartman

Experience

Sam Zartman’s project experience includes building enclosure commissioning, roofing assessments, and leakage investigations involving various enclosure systems. He also conducts and observes facade performance testing, develops design documents, and provides construction observation services.

Mr. Zartman has experience with new and existing construction types, including commercial, low- and high-rise residential, university, and medical. He performs evaluations of masonry, metal panels, glass facades, and steep-slope and low-slope roofing systems.
