Experience

Marc Manzke specializes in the design, assessment, and constructability of building envelopes with expertise spanning historic preservation, forensic investigation, and performance-driven architecture. His background in design-build project delivery, construction administration, and architectural education as a former studio professor brings an interdisciplinary and research-driven approach to problem solving. With sixteen years of experience guiding projects from conceptual design through construction into the built environment, Mr. Manzke brings rigorous attention to craft in each facet of his practice. Through a deep understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and environmental factors, he develops durable solutions for complex building systems.
