Experience

Jessica Gonzalez is engaged in numerous investigations, honing her problem-solving skills in structural and building enclosure systems. Her experience spans residential and commercial buildings, parking structures, and industrial facilities.

Before joining WJE, Ms. Gonzalez was a graduate research assistant at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Her work involved investigating the fatigue properties of reinforced steel bars. She collaborated with metallurgists and manufacturers to identify optimal chemistries and production methods that yield the most desirable mechanical properties for use in concrete structures subjected to seismic loading.
