
Experience
Jeffrey Weisenberger conducts building enclosure evaluations and investigations of distressed and deteriorated conditions in existing buildings. He also designs repairs and performs construction observations. His expertise includes the investigation, testing, and repair of glass, masonry, and concrete facades, as well as roofing systems in contemporary and historic buildings.
Mr. Weisenberger specializes in using diagnostic water testing in field investigations, supplemented by surveying using industrial rope access techniques and drone technology. His projects have included investigating existing buildings, performing thermal analysis of existing and new construction, writing investigative reports, designing repairs, developing construction documents, and performing construction observation services.
