Dana Landis

Experience

Dana Landis’s expertise includes building enclosure consulting and commissioning (BECx) services, peer review, facade assessments, and hygrothermal analysis of various facade systems. She also develops repair and rehabilitation documents, conducts building envelope testing, including infrared thermography, and provides construction observation services. Ms. Landis has worked on various new and existing construction types, including commercial, low- and high-rise residential, university, healthcare, life science, and pharmaceutical. She performs evaluations of all aspects of the building envelope, including waterproofing, exterior facades (e.g., fenestration, glass and glazing, masonry, terra cotta, limestone, concrete, EIFS, and metal panels), and roofing. Much of Ms. Landis’s focus has involved prefabricated and unitized envelope assemblies.
