Experience

Brady Volarich specializes in building science and building enclosure consulting for new construction projects, failure investigations, and rehabilitation/repair design for both architectural and structural applications. His focus ranges from peer review of design/construction documents, condition assessment surveys, load testing of structural anchorage assemblies, and fenestration performance and diagnostic testing.

Mr. Volarich evaluates architectural systems and materials through construction observations and investigations, including cavity and mass masonry assemblies, precast and cast-in-place concrete, stone cladding, various fenestration systems, metal panel rainscreen systems, fiber cement panels and siding, EIFS, above- and below-grade waterproofing, and various roofing assemblies.
